Workday Doubles Down on India with Local Data Centre, Bigger Sales Push

Enterprise cloud leader Workday is sharpening its focus on the Indian market with a bold expansion that includes setting up a local data centre, strengthening its on-ground sales operations, and scaling its partner ecosystem.  According to an official statement, these investments will enhance Workday’s ability to serve both its global customers with operations in India and the increasing number of local organisations seeking to modernise their business operations.
